About Us
Our Redondo Tile collection brings artisanal charm and durability to floors and walls. Each tile is individually hand crafted in our factory in Mexico.
Our production facility produces these designs by pouring color pigment and marble dust into molds overlaid on Portland Cement. The tile is then pressed and cured under water to give them extra strength. When sealed properly, our tiles gain added protection, enhancing their longevity and resilience against various environmental factors.
As with any hand-crafted product, slight variations will occur within each design and color. Each tile may possess its own unique characteristic, contributing to its artisinal charm. This is an inherent and desirable quality in the product.

Due to our intricate handmade process, please allow approximately 8-10 weeks for the completion of your order, with shipping times varying depending on order size and destination. It is recommended to order an additional 10-15% of tiles to account for any potential damages or for cuttings; a precautionary measure to also avoid delays caused by waiting for another shipment. Additionally, ordering more tiles can mitigate the risk of color discrepancies when purchasing another shipment of tile. Please note that shipping times may be subject to potential delays.

Proper installation is crucial to ensure the durability of the cement tile. Before the installation, ensure the tiles remain dry, as moisture can cause staining, color running, and surface damage. Inspect each tile carefully for any defects or major inconsistencies. Install the tiles over a flat and level surface using a high-quality thin-set adhesive, applying it to the full back of each tile. We recommend you do a test on a single tile check your desired finish.
It is important to note that Redondo Tiles are not pre-sealed, so sealing is absolutely necessary to protect them. Seal the tiles with an impregnating or penetrating sealer after cleaning AND before grouting, using a neutral cleaner throughout the process. Allow 2-3 days after the tiles are laid before grouting. After sealing or polishing tile, consider applying wax with a buffer for an added layer of protection.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a comprehensive list of installation guidelines for more information.

Maintaining the beauty and longevity of your Redondo Tile is simple with proper care. Place mats at entrances to prevent grit from causing wear, and sweep or dust regularly to remove debris. For routine cleaning, use a damp mop with a neutral cleaner - AVOID acidic or alkaline cleaners, as they may damage tiles.
Periodic buffing with a white pad can help maintain shine, while most stains can be removed with an all-purpose cleaner. For tougher stains, such as from oil or grease, oxalic acid crystals or cleaners designed for marble may be necessary. Wet the stained area, rub in circular motions with a white pad until the stain disappears, then rinse thoroughly to remove residue.
